EY, one of the largest financial audit and advisory firms, has just leased some 15,000 sq.m of offices in the real estate project “The Wings”. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as real estate advisor to Ghelamco.
This development, located on the former Esco Drives site at 3 Culliganlaan in Diegem, was acquired by the Ghelamco Group in 2019 with the help of the BNP Paribas Real Estate transaction teams.

The Ghelamco real estate group will develop around 50,000 sq.m on the site, including office spaces (23,450 sq.m), a Hilton Garden Inn hotel (250 rooms), a fitness centre, restaurants and co-working facilities (12,050 sq.m).
The aim is to offer an office building that is designed to tick all the boxes in terms of sustainable development, flexibility and quality of life at work.
The development will benefit from triple certification, namely BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold certification and DGNB Gold certification.
Work is currently underway and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023.
