Located just a short walk from Brussels' North Station, the property is composed of three interconnected buildings. The upper part consists of a 21-storey tower that rises 80 metres above the ground, while the middle section and lower part complete the multi-purpose complex with seven floors and three floors above ground level, respectively. The three buildings together have a total GLA of 53,210 sqm and 279 parking spaces. Currently, 88% of the office space, representing the vast majority of the building's total area, is occupied by the Flemish Community, and the rest by the Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications.
