Without the office, our five senses remain unstimulated
Nathalie Charles, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate in charge of Investment Management, is convinced that offices are a central part of our future ways of working. In a recent conference with ULI, she argued the importance of these professional environments to stimulate our senses and drive innovation and creativity, as well as maintaining our work-life balance.

Corporate offices remain essential and hybrid workspaces are becoming the norm
Remote working will not put an end to office buildings. Flexible workspaces, telecommuting and third places: hybridisation was already present in some buildings and it will be common to places of work.
How will the pandemic change the coworking model?
It is probably still too early to assess the real impact of the pandemic on the coworking market. However, the flexibility which this model provides could help to ensure its sustainability.
