DEKA IMMOBILIEN APPOINTS BNPPRE TO MANAGE TEN ADDITIONAL ASSETS

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed by Deka Immobilien to provide real estate management services for part of their portfolio in Brussels and Antwerp.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed by Deka Immobilien to provide real estate management services for part of their portfolio in Brussels and Antwerp.

Prior to this new attribution, BNP Paribas Real Estate was already managing 8 assets totaling ca 180,000 sqm. Among these assets, the Horta building (ca 51,000 sqm) located at Place Victor Horta 2 in front of the Brussels-South international railway station; The One building in the Rue de la Loi (ca 38,000 sqm); but also the NH Hotel Sablon in the historic upper town of Brussels (ca 12,000 sqm).

Among the ten new assets that the German real estate investor and asset manager is assigning to BNP Paribas Real Estate, two assets are located in Antwerp: Meir 58, which hosts the Zara brand, in the main shopping street of Antwerp (ca 6,600 sqm); and the Rubens building situated in the southern part of Antwerp, a prominent location in Antwerp’s Singel office district (ca. 23,000 sqm).

In Brussels, the Boreal 16-floors building (ca 35,000 sqm), located next to the Brussels-North station, is part of the new portfolio, along with three buildings in the Boulevard du Régent (ca 20,000 sqm), ideally situated between the European and the Central Business districts. Also on the list, the Spectrum building (ca 16,000 sqm) located at the junction of the centre and the European districts.

This new mission brings to more than 314 000 sqm the total surface of the assets under management on behalf of DEKA Immobilien, of which you will find a complete list below.
