This is ensured in three ways:

  • Career development: once they have two year's seniority, we hold a career interview with our employees every three years, reviewing their performance and planning their future development.
  • Mobility serves the dual purpose of promoting your career and helping us retain your skills. Priority is given to in-house applicants. If you identify an expatriate opportunity or assignment that interests you, we shall work with you to integrate this opportunity into your career.
