The Allianz Tower, located in the northern district of Brussels, is the new headquarter of Allianz Belgium. The insurance group left Place de Brouckère at the end of March 2020 to regroup its operational activities in the new project developed by Immobel. The property consists of two elliptical-shaped towers called "Möbius", where one of them is now identified as the Allianz Tower.

The building, modern and environmentally friendly, was built according to specific tenant needs while being well served by transport networks. The Allianz Tower currently offers four floors available for leasing to third parties.

BNP Paribas Real Estate will act as property manager for this office tower of approximately 27,850 sqm above ground. With over 30 years of experience in property management in Belgium and more than 10 years as a market leader, the company has always based its development strategy on operational quality, integrity and client service.

"We are delighted with this new assignment", commented Frédéric Van de Putte, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Belgium. "We share a similar DNA, that of a large European leader in its market. We are therefore well able to understand our client's needs and requirements in order to organize a transparent and successful real estate management for the benefit of all parties. »
